Rui Hachimura, a Washington Wizards power forward who is also contracted to Jordan Brand, will have his first Air Jordan throwback collaboration. A unique Air Jordan 8 will be released shortly.
This is Rui’s third season in the NBA, and he has had his own collaborative signature sneaker with Jordan Brand debut throughout the years. The most recent example is the Air Jordan 36.
This Air Jordan 8 is dressed in a Twine, Gym Red, Black, and Sesame colour scheme. The top is accented with tonal suede and Twine on the overlays for an aged effect. The tongue, liner, and outsole are all decorated in black and red. Rui’s emblem on the tongue adds a personal touch to the pair. Finally, each pair is packaged in a customised box featuring Rui.
The Air Jordan 8 ‘Rui Hachimura’ will be available at shops on May 23rd for lovers of the guy or the sneakers. As is customary, this pair will be available at select shops and on Nike.com. The suggested retail price is $225. Please return to this page for future updates and images.
